Experienced. Connected. Knowledgeable.
Luis F. Aleman is the CEO of LFA Holdings, Inc., a consultancy offering a range of high-quality advisory and support services to help start-ups and small and middle-market companies successfully establish business operations in foreign markets.
As a key member of the executive team, Luis facilitates a variety of business development initiatives that enable steady growth for the company — and thus enable growth for their clients around the world. LFA is now focusing on international relations, particularly in regard to consulting with candidates on political campaigns.
The continued success of LFA is emblematic of Luis F. Aleman’s overall perspective of business. By spearheading operations at small, self-founded companies, he is able to truly make a difference in people’s lives. He can get fully invested in his clients’ success, dedicating more time and attention to them. Balancing his broad expertise in foreign markets and his personal commitment to each individual consulting project, Mr. Aleman helps companies develop the precise marketing strategies they need to thrive in various high-growth and emerging industry sectors around the world.
Luis is also the Managing Director of Ethiopian Wild Coffee, a speciality Import/Export company which will sell an exclusive list of wild-grown and otherwise USDA Certified Organic raw commodities to the US and other world markets. The company is already expanding its global footprint and has recently branched out to Peru. EWC operates under a parent company, East Atlantic International, which offers more products (turmeric, ginger, vanilla, and tea).
Mr. Aleman has faced his share of challenges over the course of his career, and he seeks out opportunities to share what he has learned with others. As CEO of LFA, it is important for Luis F. Aleman to act as a driving force in the development of the sales and business development group. Professionals should always act as an extension of their company; this can seem particularly challenging for entrepreneurs, who must establish work culture, values, and ethic in the first place. LFA’s expansion as a company is a testament to Mr. Aleman’s efforts in this area. Prior to founding his own businesses, Mr. Aleman served as an Account Executive at Sycamore Funding.
